Mark A. Cuthbertson  

Mr. Cuthbertson concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, municipal litigation and the representation of municipalities and school districts.  Mr. Cuthbertson is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. 

Mr. Cuthbertson is also active in public service. He has been  a Councilman for the Town of Huntington since 1998.  Prior to that, he served as Assistant Town Attorney and Special Assistant District Attorney for the Town of Huntington.  He also served on the Town of Huntington Planning Board.  Mr. Cuthbertson earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Albany School of Law of Union University.  While in law school, he was Executive Editor for Symposium for the Albany Law Review.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University.

Mr. Cuthbertson was previously affiliated with Farrell Fritz, P.C. and Payne Wood & Littlejohn.

Joelle A. Perez  

Ms. Perez concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation defense cases in federal and state courts.  Ms. Perez earned her Juris Doctor degree, with distinction, from Hofstra University School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Perez was a member of Law Review and on Dean's List for all semesters.  Prior to joining the Law Offices of Mark A. Cuthbertson, Ms. Perez was associate counsel at Hofstra University and a litigation associate at Loeb & Loeb and Bingham McCutchen in New York City.

Ms. Perez is the Executive Director and Founder of a not-for-profit organization, The Golden Fund for Autism in Cold Spring Harbor, NY -- an organization whose mission is to help children with autism access treatments and therapies not otherwise covered by insurance.

Michelle M. Pfeiffenberger  

Ms. Pfeiffenberger is of counsel to the firm and was formerly an associate at Clifford, Chance, Rogers & Wells.  She specializes in the area of public finance.  She has extensive public finance experience in transactions involving a variety of issuers, including the City of New York, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, the New York State Urban Development Corporation, the New York Job Development Authority, the New York City Industrial Development Agency and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.  Ms. Pfeiffenberger is a graduate of Binghamton University, with honors and Albany Law School of Union University, cum laude (J.D. 1992).  In law school, Ms. Pfeiffenberger was Executive Editor of the Albany Law Review.
